On Sept 30th, Nichol S. Robertson and Friendly Rich Marsella join forces to release GORDON HEAVYFOOT, a unique recording of heavy metal interpretations of Gordon Lightfoot songs.  This new EP, simply titled, GORDON HEAVYFOOT, is endearing and aims to honour the Canadian songwriter, but also stand on its own as a heavy offering from two Canadian musicians honouring Lightfoot in a distinct way.  Joining Robertson and Marsella are Gavin McGuire on drums and Vivienne Wilder on bass.

GORDON HEAVYFOOT will perform select dates in Southern Ontario to support this new release:

October 24 – Hamilton (Bright Room)

October 25 – Guelph (Upbeat Guitar Studio)

October 31 – Toronto (Handlebar)

November 1 – Kingston’s Wolfe Island (Wolfe Island Hotel)
