The Bright Room is feeling extra bright with the booking of the DIR!

Formed in 1991, multi-instrumentalist Dale Morningstar along with keyboardist/bassist Dr John Pee & percussion/multi-instrumentalist Dave Clark have carved out a career of decorated albums critically acclaimed by both “the industry” and their peers. A hybrid of many genres (rock, noise, jazz, blues), often with an improvisational component, the band often gets mentions alongside artists such as Captain Beefheart, Sonic Youth & Sun City Girls. The live show is something to behold.

The Bright Room is a licensed establishment. Both food and drink are available (including alcohol). The space is located on the second floor of The Staircase Theatre (27 Dundurn St N, Hamilton). Please note: not wheelchair accessible.
